Refund & Return Policy

At Gadgetus, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order if they meet these conditions:

  • Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • You have a valid order number or proof of purchase

  • Item is not a clearance, non-returnable, or custom-made product


📦 How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us at returns@gadgetus.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return

  3. We’ll send you return instructions and the appropriate return address

  4. Pack your item securely and ship it using the method provided


🔁 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received (e.g., wrong size, color, or model)

To request an exchange, contact support@gadgetus.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Include a photo and description of the issue.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll issue a full refund (minus original shipping if applicable)

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items not caused by our error

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Returns requested after 7 days


📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a Gadgetus error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to personal choice (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping


🛡️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a brief description

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund
